Summer is here and the sun is doing it’s job a little too well!
As we grow our garden, the need for shade is becoming paramount! We will be constructing our shade structure in our garden and would love to have your help! Come get involved in learning life and gardening skills.
Join our Master Gardener, Eric Osen, and other staff and volunteers, as we construct a permanent shade structure in our Community Gardens!
July 27: prepping the site and beginning construction
August 3: Completing construction and planting the shade beds.
Come when you can, between 10a-2p, stay as long as you can, and work with some of the best volunteers around!
